ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of organizational career management influence, individual career management and competency on the employees career effectiveness of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Shipping - Marketing and Trading Directorate. Primary data concerning of organizational career management, individual career management, competency and employees
career effectiveness are being used to conduct this research.

The sample of this research were 80 employees of a variety of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Shipping – Marketing and Trading Directorate organizations. Data analyses in this research use the multiple linier regression analyses by using SPSS software. According to these data analyses, find out that organizational career management should be positively and significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Individual career management by partially should not have an effect on employees career effectiveness. Competency should be significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Finally, is that employees career effectiveness level will be greater when the organizational career management and competency level are being greater.
